Are the vehicles insured?
Yes, all our vehicles are fully insured.
Each car comes with mandatory Civil Liability Insurance and Comprehensive (CASCO) insurance to ensure maximum protection. This covers third-party damages as well as theft or damage to the rental car itself.
We also offer 24/7 roadside assistance anywhere in Zanzibar, so you can enjoy your journey with complete peace of mind.
What are the methods of payment for the car rental services?

How do I rent a car?
Renting a car with us is quick and easy! Just follow these simple steps:

Confirm Availability – We’ll check availability and share details, including pricing and what’s included.

Provide ID & License – Share a copy of your passport and valid driver’s license (International License if you’re not from EAC).

Choose Payment Option – Pay a deposit (or full amount) via cash, bank transfer, mobile money, or online link.

Receive the Car – We’ll deliver the car to your location (hotel in town, airport, or ferry) at no extra cost in most areas.

Can I change the car after the reservation?
Yes, you can request to change the car after reservation — depending on availability.
If you need to upgrade, switch to a different model, or adjust the rental dates, just contact us as early as possible.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request at no extra cost, unless the new car is in a higher price category.

Most of our rental cars do not come with physical maps, but we provide:
